Schengen Visa

The Schengen Visa Greece:

  • Offers residency permit without citizenship
  • Refers to a real estate property of all kinds, commercial, residential,10years lease hotels or touristic apartments, with a minimum price of 250.000 €
  • May include a combination of properties
  • May be joint purchases, as long as each of the joint buyer’s share worth at least 250.000 €
  • Offers EU Schengen Visa to travel free throughout the EU Schengen zone and its countries without further visa applications
  • It lasts for 5 years
  • It is renewed after the first 5 years and every 5 years, as long as the owner keeps the ownership of the property

The Schengen Visa holder:

  • Can live in Greece, but he is not obliged to, in order to retain the visa
  • Can offer the visa as well, to all his family members, who are under the age of 21 years.
  • Can not work in Greece, but can set up a business himself
  • Can travel to all EU Schengen zone countries without further visa applications
  • After holding the residency permit for 7 years he can apply for Greek citizenship and Greek passport. After receiving citizenship, there is no obligation to keep the ownership of the real estate property
  • Can sell the real estate property to another non-EU citizen. In this case the residency permit is automatically transferred to the buyer.
